HEY JIMMY! part 1

So, Jimmy Fallon is going to be filming shows in Indy this week.  They have some sort of big football game downtown and he wants to be in the center of the excitement.  I applied for tickets on his website.  The theatre has 1,400 seats so I figured there was some sort of chance. 

We were supposed to hear via email or a phone call by 1/23 if we had tickets.  You could tell that the application form was weeding out the non-fans.  So I filled ours out with such confidence, but nonetheless...denied.

So I took my campaign to Twitter.  I thought I would sit down at our piano and just let my feelings out with a simple song...  twitvid.com/NNCOV

Well, I have this friend named Mike.  So, Mike retweets my plea and moments later hears from Jimmy Fallon's producer.  Another friend named John calls and says he has friends who have friends that can possibly get me in the door.

So, "some irons are in the fire" and we'll have to see how this week shakes out.  Hopefully it shakes, rattles and rolls.
